Since 1985 we have been Sailing the Whitsundays and today our different brands cater to a range of customers from Deluxe Market, Couples to Youth Adventure / Backpacker Market to Families.
We also tailor make Private Charters for clients, from educational excursions for school / university groups, to weddings, to corporate team building sailing events.

The owners of Explore Whitsunday's believe that the delivery of quality experiences, across a broad range of segments from Backpackers and Flashpackers to the Deluxe market is paramount to the on-going success and growth of the Whitsunday Tourism Industry.
We are actively involved in the development, promotion and growth of the tourism industry, including Deputy Chair roles of the Whitsunday Charter Boat Industry Association (WCBIA), plus board level role of Tourism Whitsunday's and Backpacking Queensland.
Further, and most importantly we remain very active in the day to day operations including: skippering yachts; working on the yachts and on the dock; answering phones; doing administration; providing agent training and speaking with our customers.
We also fully support the endeavours of Eco Tourism and promote Eco Tourism Practices, including education of crew and guests.

As well as the Sail / Cruise business, in 2009 we developed a Dive Business, 'Tornado Dive' which provides Introductory and Certified Dive Services to our fleet plus many other crewed yachts and bareboat companies in the Whitsundays.
Explore Whitsundays is active with co-ordinating & providing Agent and Journalist famil groups and welcome enquiries from the trade and trade co-ordinators.
