Whitsunday Catamarans have joined the Explore Whitsundays Group

Explore Whitsundays is happy to announce that Whitsunday Catamarans vessels, Powerplay, Adventurer and Whitsunday Blue have joined Explore Whitsundays, effective 7 November 2011.

Since 1985, Explore Whitsundays operational companies have been providing a wide range of Whitsunday Sailing Tours, where guests can choose between Maxi Sail, Adventure Sail, and Tall Ships or Deluxe Sailing, under the well known and established operational brands, Southern Cross Sailing Adventures, Australian Tall Ship Cruises, Prosail, Tornado Dive, and the Whitsunday Marine Academy.

Having the Whitsunday Catamarans fleet broadens the overall appeal of the group.

The owners of the family-run business Whitsunday Catamarans, Keith and Dale Roberts, are ecstatic about the potential of this new alliance. “I am very excited about being a part of such a quality fleet who share similar business prospects as us,” explains Mr. Roberts. “I admire Explore Whitsundays’ strength in expanding their International Market and look forward to building our presence in key markets”.

Whitsunday Blue offers a much more luxurious experience for four couples, each in the comfort of an en-suited cabin, also featuring a clear kayak for guests to use. Recently, these vessels were equipped with WIFI for guests to use free of charge.
